Technical Considerations

Internet  There are high speed links available.

Equipment  Some kit is available in the islands.

Currency  British Pounds Sterling.

Crew  There are a significant number of professionals in the Islands including producers, directors, writers, designers, cinematographers, make-up artists, designers, composers and all trades.  Actors and stuntmen are also available.

Health  There is a reciprocal agreement with the NHS in the UK.

Current  Guernsey operates on 240 V AC, the same as the UK.

Travel  There are flights from a variety of places in the UK with Aurigny and Blue Islands.  Ferries also serve the Islands from the UK and France with Condor Ferries.

Roads and vehicles  We drive on the left.

COVID  The Islands have been comparitively free of the virus and removed all restrictions in February 2022.  For more details see here.
