Guernsey and its associated islands of Alderney, Sark and Herm have much to offer for film and television. There are dramatic locations and they are all within a few miles of each other; the language of the islands is English and, whilst the Norman heritage can be seen in names, there is a feel and look of the UK with possibilities to make it look like other parts of the world. The transport links are good by air and sea; there is sufficient internet bandwith and speed and there are a significant number of local service providers in the media space. Advances in production and equipment have made the islands much more accessible. Take a look around this site at the marvellous creative possibilities.
